Carol is so amazing to work with. She represented me in buying my new home and then selling my home to move to the new one. She pays attention to what her clients want/need and will do everything she can to help you find what you are looking for as a buyer and show your home at its best as a seller. She will guide you through all the ups and downs of each thoroughly! Carol really cares about her clients and works very hard throughout the whole process!

Carol worked very, very hard in a difficult market (post-Covid) to find me an ideal home in my price range. She was encouraging throughout the process, made stressful situations feel better, and listened to all of my wants and needs. As a first-time homebuyer, I was appreciative of all of the advice Carol gave and how available she was to answer my questions via phone and text. She even helped out with some advice after closing!

We used Carol on both sides of the transaction. She was amazing and patient with us on looking for our dream house. She was creative and open about selling our houses also both had an offer in 7 days or less. Highly recommended.

She was so enjoyable to work with, very upbeat and knowledgeable about everything (locations, contracts, contacts, 1031 exchanges, trusts), was always available, answered questions quickly, or found out the answers, went the extra mile and helped us coordinate some details with the HOA, met contractors, measured things, face timed us with details.
